At MimiArtistry our goal is for our batties to be happy with their purchases and love their new babies; However, in the event we experience unusual or suspicious activities from an account, we do have the right to refuse and block your account from future purchases. We also look for the best options to offer to you as the consumer, if we feel that we must take preventative measures to protect not only our customer's orders, but our company from any shipping/fraudulent order mishaps.

Do not send an email without the details mentioned above, also do not send a direct message on IG regarding an order as we must have email records and this allows us to respond in a timely manner.

What is the return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. We ensure that we check EACH product before we ship it out, to avoid our pretty batties from receiving any damaged goods.

In how long will I receive my order?

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, it takes about 5-7 days to receive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. *Please note, as soon as order is shipped out, it is no longer Mimiartistry's responsibility. Ensure all shipping is correct before submitting your order. If you would like a signature confirmation delivery, the option is available to you with further details on the "Catalog" section.

If your order shows it has been delivered and you have not received it, we are not responsible and you will have to contact the shipping carrier, file a claim, and possibly file a police report due to items being stolen from YOUR property.
